Kelsey is a registered nurse prescriber with over 15 years of NHS clinical experience. She founded her aesthetics practice because she believed patients deserved more than a booking and a needle they deserved a clinician who genuinely listened.
Her story
Fifteen years in the NHS then aesthetics done properly
Kelsey didn't come to aesthetics through beauty. She came through nursing.
After training as a registered general nurse (RGN) and spending over 15 years working in NHS acute settings, Kelsey developed a deep understanding of anatomy, patient safety, and the kind of care that actually makes a difference. When she qualified as a non medical prescriber, she already had the clinical foundation most aesthetic practitioners never acquire.
She started offering aesthetic treatments because she saw a gap: patients who wanted genuine medical expertise, not a beautician with a weekend certificate. Kelsey prescribes the treatments she administers. She assesses every patient before booking them in. She turns people away when a treatment isn't appropriate and explains exactly why.

Her practice is based in Acton, West London, and all treatments are delivered personally by Kelsey not delegated to junior staff.

Assessment before everything
Every patient receives a thorough clinical assessment before any treatment is agreed. Kelsey assesses anatomy, health history, skin condition, and goals. If a treatment isn't right, she will say so honestly and explain the alternatives.
Prescribing authority
As a nurse prescriber, Kelsey can legally prescribe and administer regulated aesthetic medicines including botulinum toxin. This gives her full clinical accountability and means patients deal with a single clinician from start to finish.
No scripts, no pressure
Kelsey runs a genuinely patient led practice. There are no upsell scripts, no treatment packages, and no pressure to book. Patients leave with a recommendation not a sales experience.

Every product used is medical grade and clinically validated. Kelsey does not use budget products to protect margins she uses what produces the best outcomes for her patients.
