Under eye bags
Assessment of puffiness, skin laxity, fluid and structure to understand whether treatment is likely to help.
Under Eye Treatment · Acton, W3
Looking tired even when you are not? Kelsey assesses under eye bags, fine lines, crepiness, dehydration and tired looking skin before recommending the most appropriate treatment route.
What is this treatment?
The under eye area can look tired for several reasons. Puffiness, fine lines, thin skin, dehydration, loss of collagen and structural shadows can all create a similar concern, but they do not all need the same treatment.
Kelsey starts by identifying what is driving the concern. For some patients, skin boosters or regenerative treatments can improve skin quality and fine lines. For others, the safest recommendation may be skincare, another treatment plan, or not treating the area at all.
The aim is honest, subtle improvement: refreshed, not overdone. If the concern is mainly genetic pigmentation or a structural issue that aesthetic treatment cannot meaningfully improve, Kelsey will say so before any commitment is made.
Suitability first
The same phrase can mean very different things clinically. One person searching for under eye bags may have puffiness and fluid retention. Another may have fine crepey skin. Another may have long-standing pigmentation or facial structure that will not respond well to injectable treatment.
That is why Kelsey uses the discovery call to keep expectations realistic before inviting you into clinic. If your concern sounds suitable, the next step is a face to face consultation where your skin quality, movement, structure, lifestyle and medical history can be reviewed properly.
Assessment of puffiness, skin laxity, fluid and structure to understand whether treatment is likely to help.
Review of hydration, texture and collagen support, with skin booster or regenerative options considered where appropriate.
Careful expectation setting if the concern may be genetic, pigmentation based or structural rather than a simple skin quality issue.
The process
A relaxed 15 minute call to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and determine whether you're likely to be a good candidate. No pressure, no obligation.
Before any treatment, Kelsey performs a thorough assessment of your anatomy, skin, health history and goals. She will only proceed if treatment is genuinely right for you.
The procedure takes 30 45 minutes. A topical anaesthetic is applied first for comfort. Kelsey works slowly and carefully, checking results throughout.
You'll receive full aftercare instructions. Kelsey is available for any questions post treatment, and a review appointment is scheduled to check results.

Your questions answered
Under eye treatment begins by identifying what is causing the tired appearance. For some patients this is fine lines, dehydration or crepey skin. For others it may be puffiness, pigmentation, structure or long standing darkness. Kelsey assesses the cause before recommending any treatment.
Under eye treatment at Nurse Kelsey starts from £190. The exact price depends on the amount of product required, which is assessed during your consultation. The 15 minute discovery call helps you understand costs and suitability before committing to anything.
The under eye area is delicate, so treatment should be planned carefully. Kelsey is a registered nurse prescriber and performs a full assessment before recommending any option. If treatment is not appropriate for your anatomy, skin or goals, she will explain that clearly.
Longevity depends on the product and treatment plan selected after assessment. Skin booster and regenerative treatment plans often involve a course, with maintenance recommended depending on skin quality and goals. Kelsey will discuss the product choices with you during your consultation.
Not everyone is suitable for under eye treatment. Long standing pigmentation, thin skin, structural bags or genetic darkness may need careful expectation setting. Kelsey will only recommend treatment if it is genuinely appropriate for you.
